At the end of a yacht lease, exercising the purchase option results in the formal transfer of ownership of the vessel. We manage the required procedures with the French Departmental Directorate for Territories and the Sea (DDTM), including:

As part of a new operational or optimisation strategy, we manage the deregistration of the existing flag and assist you, in line with your objectives, with the yacht’s re-registration under the flag of your choice, ensuring administrative continuity throughout the process.
